Reopening Your Institution

I spent a significant amount of time this spring and summer developing a reopening plan for museums. This plan was created as a free resource to be shared on the Visitor Experience Group website to guide folks, particularly in smaller institutions, through their reopening strategy. Throughout this process, I focused on how I would reopen in two different locations: the historic house museums at Elfreth's Alley and the many corporate museums of Wells Fargo.
