One of the benefits of working from home is listening to Pierre Robert on 93.3 WMMR during the work day. Pierre, a Philadelphia staple and radio legend, incorporates several regular features into his daily program that runs from somewhere between 10 and 11 AM through 3PM. One of those features is the work force block, in which he plays four songs by one artist in a row during the lunch hour. Recently, he played a block of Living Colour that reignited my love for that band and sent me sailing on a wave of nostalgia. That block inspired this playlist, comprised of some of the songs I remember listening to as a whippersnapper between the years of 1986 and 1991.
